Billy Bootleggers is looking for friendly bartenders who have a passion for bars and live music. We can be a fast paced and lively venue but even at the most hectic of times we strive to give the customers the best experience possible. We are searching for passionate and experienced bartenders. You must be honest, enthusiastic, and hard working. An interest in live music and gigs is a bonus.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks for guests according to specified recipes and using the correct measurements and specifications.
- Maintain good knowledge of the bar menu and be able to upsell and assist guests with queries.
- Good knowledge of alcoholic drinks.
- General venue awareness and the ability to notice when things are not how they should be. General cleanliness and organisation of the bar and venue.
We try to keep shifts at around 8 hours although sometimes you will be expected to work longer.
We are looking for staff who are able to be fully flexible in regards to the days and shift patterns that they are able to work.
Part-time hours: 2/3 shifts a week. 16-25 per week.
Full-time hours available for the right candidate: 4/5 shifts a week. 35-40 per week.
