We are currently recruiting for a Housing Maintenance Administrator to join our Tarasis Housing Divsion!
Main Duties and Responsibilities;
- Providing general administrative support and assist with day to day office operations
- Answer incoming phone calls and carry out follow ups
- Plan and oversee maintenance, repair and installation activities
- Liaise with sub-contractors, placements, landlords, 3rd party organisations and maintenance staff
- Manage maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Deal with all queries correctly and appropriately and ensure they are dealt with within the correct timeframe
Essential Criteria;
- Minimum of 1 years experience in an administration role.
- Demonstrable experience of using a range of computer software including MS Office, Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
