Professional membership organisation in Central London seeking a Product Owner for their Dynamics CRM Sales and Membership platforms. This person will be part of a team responsible for a major digital business transformation within an established organisation. They are looking for someone with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, deep product knowledge of D365, experience working in Agile teams and a strong understanding of how to utilise CRM to enhance member experience and achieve better product outputs and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development of Sales and Membership platform features and capabilities

• Business partnering and stakeholder management, especially in agreement of product backlog

• Create, prioritise and manage solution roadmaps and backlog

• Ongoing modification of user stories and user flows

• Day to day management of third party suppliers

• Financial forecasts for platform development and any concurrent business change projects

• Release planning and communication with stakeholders

• Attending scrum ceremonies with the suppliers

• Ongoing review of member stories to improve the platform

• Refining and updating user personas and journeys
