The Role
The role is for a 5 Axis CNC Miller Programmer/Setter to machine high value complex components for the aerospace and automotive industries from engineering drawings on a 5 axis Haas controlled CNC machining centre. You will be programming & setting Haas CNC Milling machines to machine these components for prestigious clients.
- Programming, setting and operating CNC Milling machinery – 3 axis Fanuc controlled machines.
- Offline programme creation using EDGECAM CADCAM.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following attributes; Preferably you will have at least three years of experience as a CNC Miller Programmer and must be able to programme and set 5 axis CNC milling machines from engineering drawings using Haas controls.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offline programme generation using CADCAM – ideally EDGECAM. Training, however, can be provided for the right candidate.
